I’m excited to share an evolution in my work – one that reflects what I’ve been practicing, studying, and experiencing more deeply over the past several years.
I’m expanding my services to include Integral Coaching®, Pilates, and somatic work (including TRE®), offered both individually and in thoughtful combination. This shift isn’t about adding more for the sake of more, it’s about creating a more integrated and responsive way to support people during times of change, stress, and transition.
Why This Expansion Matters
So many of us come to a turning point – a pivot point – where what used to work no longer does. We may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Often, these moments don’t live only in our thoughts or circumstances; they show up in our bodies, nervous systems, and patterns of holding.
Over time, it became clear to me that meaningful, sustainable change happens most effectively when we work with the whole person, not just the mind, not just the body, but the relationship between the two.
This expanded offering allows me to meet clients where they are, using multiple entry points for support and growth.
Coaching: Clarity, Perspective, and Choice
My coaching work is grounded in Integral Coaching®, a holistic, human-centered approach that supports lasting change by addressing mindset, emotions, behaviors, body awareness, and life context.
Coaching sessions are a space to:
- Gain clarity during transitions or uncertainty.
- Work with patterns that keep repeating.
- Develop new ways of relating to stress, work, relationships, or self.
- Move forward with greater presence and confidence.
Coaching is especially powerful at pivot points – when something is ending, beginning, or asking to be reimagined.
Pilates: Strength, Support, and Resilience
Pilates offers a practical, embodied way to build strength, stability, and ease in the body. My approach emphasizes mindful movement, breath, and alignment, not pushing or forcing, but creating support from the inside out.
Pilates can help:
- Improve posture, mobility, and functional strength.
- Reduce pain and tension.
- Increase body awareness and confidence.
- Support recovery and resilience during stressful periods.
For many clients, Pilates becomes a grounding anchor… a place to reconnect with the body in a steady, accessible way.
Somatic Work & TRE®: Releasing What the Body Holds
Somatic work, including Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®), supports the nervous system’s natural ability to release stress and tension held in the body.
TRE® gently activates a natural tremor response that can help:
- Reduce chronic stress and tension.
- Support emotional regulation.
- Increase a sense of safety and ease in the body.
- Restore nervous system balance over time.
This work is not about reliving the past or analyzing experiences. It’s about allowing the body to do what it already knows how to do.
Working Together, or Separately
These offerings can be experienced on their own, or woven together into a more integrated program depending on your needs and goals. Some clients begin with coaching and later add somatic or movement work. Others start in the body and find that clarity and insight naturally follow.
There is no one “right” entry point, only what feels supportive and appropriate for you.
