Why Pilates?
Pilates is both a powerful fitness practice and a pathway to body-based awareness. My teaching blends classical Pilates principles with mindful attention, breath, and inspiration – supporting strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and coordination, while also encouraging presence and connection to your body.
I teach Pilates as a practice of integration: effort and ease, stability and mobility, strength and awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have an established practice, my classes offer a supportive, intelligently designed workout that helps you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your body.
I currently teach group Pilates classes at Club Pilates in Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs, and offer private sessions both at Club Pilates and in my home studio.
My Approach
My approach to teaching Pilates is grounded, accessible, and intentional, with a clear emphasis on functional strength and sustainable fitness. I believe that how we move matters just as much as what we do, and that effective workouts don’t require pushing through pain or ignoring the body’s signals.
I’m certified through Club Pilates’ comprehensive 500-hour teacher training program, with a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement sequencing. I integrate this technical knowledge with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and clear cueing to help students move safely, efficiently, and with greater ease.
Each class is an invitation to build strength and mobility while also cultivating focus, breath awareness, and inner steadiness.
My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body.
Group Classes I Teach
Reformer Flow
A dynamic, full-body strength and conditioning class that uses controlled resistance to build core stability, mobility, coordination, and fluid movement.
Center + Balance
Beginning with a brief meditation, this mindful class emphasizes core strength, balance, breath, and controlled movement to help students feel both physically strong and internally centered.
Cardio Sculpt
An energizing, higher-intensity class that combines Pilates principles with cardiovascular challenge to improve stamina, strength, coordination, and overall fitness.
Restore
Designed to support mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation, this restorative, recovery-focused class uses gentle movement, stretching, rolling, breathwork, and myofascial release techniques to reduce tension, improve recovery, and reconnect you to your body.
Across all formats and levels, I encourage smart effort rather than force, helping students work hard while moving efficiently and with awareness.
What You Can Expect
When you take class or work privately with me, you can expect:
Clear, technically sound instruction that prioritizes safety, alignment, and effective movement.
Strength-building sequences that challenge without overwhelming.
Thoughtful pacing that balances intensity with accessibility.
Options and modifications to support different bodies, abilities, and experience levels.
Attention to breath and body awareness alongside physical effort.
The result is a workout that leaves you feeling energized, stronger, and more connected to your body.

A Note on Integration
For some clients, Pilates is primarily a fitness practice. For others, it becomes a doorway into deeper awareness and integration. While these offerings are distinct from coaching, they share a common foundation: supporting the whole person through intentional, intelligent movement.
Wherever you are in your journey, you’re welcome here.
