About Jason Fenske

I’m a certified Integral Coach® (life and career coach), Pilates instructor, and somatic practitioner dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies and minds – especially during times of transition. I support emotional and physical well-being with a grounded, integrative approach that cultivates clarity, presence, and confidence.

Central to my work is helping clients recognize and navigate their pivot points – those moments where a conscious, non-automatic response can lead to greater effectiveness, fulfillment, and long-term growth. My work focuses on meaningful, sustainable change by addressing the whole person – head, heart, body, and spirit.

A Little History...

I trained as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a globally respected leader in professional coach education. Integral Coaching® is a holistic, developmental approach that blends psychology, neuroscience, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and wisdom traditions. Rather than focusing only on what you want to change, it works at the level of how you experience yourself and your life, supporting you to recognize habitual reactions and develop new, more skillful choices at key pivot points, creating transformation that is deeply integrated and lasting.

Alongside coaching, I hold a 500-hour Pilates certification, grounding my work in anatomy, movement, alignment, and breath. I am also trained in TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a gentle, body-based practice that supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and the release of chronic tension. Together, these modalities allow me to meet clients not only intellectually or emotionally, but somatically, where many pivot points are first felt and where real change often begins.

Just My Style...

My coaching style is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I work with individuals navigating career transitions, life changes, burnout, identity shifts, or moments where something simply feels ready to change. Sessions are spacious, attuned, and focused, balancing reflection with clear, actionable support. By slowing down, listening deeply, and including the body in the process, clients learn to recognize their pivot points and respond with greater awareness, resilience, and choice.

In The Studio...

Pilates is a central part of how I help people feel better in both their bodies and minds. With an emphasis on strength, mobility, posture, breath, and nervous system awareness, Pilates supports physical well-being while also fostering presence, emotional regulation, and confidence. Many clients come to Pilates seeking relief from stress or pain, or to build strength and stability, and discover an increased capacity to meet physical and emotional pivot points with ease and adaptability.

Coaching, Pilates, and somatic work (TRE®) are complementary pathways within a single, integrated practice devoted to authentic living, embodied well-being, and conscious transformation.

If you’re facing a pivot – personal, professional, or physical – and want support that helps you recognize and work skillfully with your pivot points, I’d be honored to work with you.
